CEPOW Centre for Policy Writing has been a training provider for the Center for European Policy Studies (CEPS) since 2020. Instructor Jakov Bojovic has delivered a number of excellent workshops in policy brief writing, op-ed writing, audience mapping and public policy storytelling. The quality of these workshops has been consistently high. We are very satisfied with our cooperation and will continue to work with CEPOW on new training sessions in the future.

Having participated in the ‘Write for Impact: Training in op-ed writing for policy advocacy’ I can safely say this is a must for anyone working on policy communication in the EU bubble. With a good balance between theoretical and practical assignments the course was well structured and given by professionals with many years of experience. In addition to getting some great pointers on how to structure, write ánd pitch your pieces to established Brussels-based media, it was also a good way to meet fellow professionals and increase your network among Brussels-based journalists.

The CEPOW summer school in 2019 was a highly enriching experience for me both in terms of professional training and networking. I appreciated the well organised trainings. The speakers offered great expertise and practical experience, resulting in truly interesting hands-on workshops. I equally liked the diverse group of participants from all over Europe, which gave the summer school a nice open-minded atmopshere. Thank you for this valuable experience!

I participated in the 2018 CEPOW summer course of EU policy communications. The course was a really useful package about how and when to communicate EU policy messages most effectively. Program was divided into four days with different thematic emphasis, which kept the participant interest high until the very last day. What was also great besides the professional and well managed program, was the after-course activities where one could get to know the other participants and visit the summery city as well! Can highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their skills in advocacy.
